Notice of Intent to Enact an Ordinance

Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 462, notice is hereby given that the Alexandria Township Planning Commission shall conduct a public hearing on Monday, April 23, 2007 at 6:30 p.m. in the Township conference room at 610 Fillmore Street, Alexandria, MN. At this time, the Planning Commission will consider the adoption of an “Adult Entertainment Uses and Establishments Ordinance” regulating the location and operation of adult entertainment uses and establishments. The Planning Commission will also consider amending Section IV of the Zoning Ordinance to allow for multi-family and non-residential planned unit developments.

Copies of the proposed ordinances may be seen at the Alexandria Township Office, 610 Fillmore, Alexandria, MN. All interested persons are invited to attend said hearings or submit written testimony prior to the hearing date.
