Notice of Intent to Enact an Ordinance

Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 462, notice is hereby given that the Alexandria Township Board of Supervisors shall conduct a public hearing on Monday, June 11, 2007 at 7:00 p.m. in the Township conference room at 610 Fillmore Street, Alexandria, MN. At this time, the Board of Supervisors will consider the adoption of an “ordinance governing private and public driveway road approaches to Alexandria Township roads”.

Copies of the proposed ordinances may be seen at the Alexandria Township Office, 610 Fillmore St., Alexandria, MN. All interested persons are invited to attend said hearings or submit written testimony prior to the hearing date. Written testimony should be submitted to Gregg Raisanen, Alexandria Township Clerk, PO Box 445, Alexandria, MN 56308.
