NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that the Alexandria Township Planning Commission will convene on Monday, February 25, 2008, at 6:30 PM at the Township Conference Room (located at 610 Fillmore Street behind Trumm Drug) to conduct the following public hearings:

Preliminary Plat of East Gate, a CIC plat no.238, First Supplemental CIC Plat.  Dennis Conn, applicant.  Location: A part of the SW1/4 of the NW1/4 of Section 24, Township 128N, Range 37W, Douglas County, MN.

Conditional Use Permit for a planned unit development (CIC plat no. 238, First Supplemental CIC Plat). Dennis Conn, applicant. Location: A part of the SW1/4 of the NW1/4 of Section 24, Township 128N, Range 37W, Douglas County, MN.

Preliminary Plat of Brede Addition. Jeffrey and Lori Brede, applicants. Location: A part of the NE1/4 of the NE1/4 and a part of the NW1/4 of the NE1/4, Section 3, Township 128N, Range 37W, Alexandria Township, Douglas MN, containing 14.58 acres more or less.

Conditional Use Permit. Jeffrey and Lori Brede, applicants. Location: A part of the NE1/4 of the NE1/4 and a part of the NW1/4 of the NE1/4, Section 3, Township 128N, Range 37W, Alexandria Township, Douglas MN, containing 14.58 acres more or less.

All interested persons are invited to attend these hearings and be heard or send written comments to the Township office at PO Box 445, Alexandria, MN 56308.  Copies of each application, the Township’s staff report, maps, drawings and other pertinent information are available at the Township office and are posted on-line approximately one week prior to the meeting date at www.communitygrowth.com/alexandria_township.
