SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE 117

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Supervisors of the Township of Alexandria, Douglas County, Minnesota, have adopted Ordinance 117, Amending Ordinance 101, Restated and Amended Ordinance Regulating the Presence or Keeping of Animals, effective March 31, 2008. Said Ordinance has been adopted for the purpose of promoting the public health, safety and general welfare of the Town members of the Township of Alexandria, Douglas County, Minnesota, and clarifies the definition of “Owner” and “Kennel” related to the keeping of domestic animals (dogs and cats).
