Assessment Services

The Alexandria Township Board of Supervisors is requesting proposals for assessment of real estate and personal property parcels within Alexandria Township. Proposals will be received until 1:00 PM July 21, 2008 at the Alexandria Township Office, 610 Fillmore St., Alexandria, MN or by email clerk@alexandriatownship.org. Proposals will be reviewed by the Board of Supervisors at the July 21, 2008 Board meeting. Proposals should include the following: Statement of Qualifications, listing of relevant experience with other townships or other clients, proposed fee schedule, and references.

Successful contractor will be responsible for maintaining a certificate of insurance in the amount of $500,000 during the terms of this contract.
