NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that the Alexandria Township Planning Commission will convene on April 22, 2009, at 6:00 PM at the Township Conference Room (located at 610 Fillmore Street behind Trumm Drug) to conduct the following public hearings:

Preliminary Plat of Victoria Crest First Addition. Wayne Virkus, applicant.  Property is located at 1714 E. Lake Victoria Road, Sec 27, T128N, R37W. 

PIN: 03-1898-000/03-1878-000.

Preliminary Plat of Quitmeyer Addition. Scott Quitmeyer, applicant. Property is located at Outlot E, “Golden Gate”, Sec 28, T128, R37. PIN: 03-2016-000.

Preliminary Plat of Victoria Estates. Ben Zacher, applicant. Property is located at W 14.5 AC of Government Lot 3, Sec 22, T128, R37. PIN: 03-1785-000.

Conditional Use Application for Home Occupation. Shad Steinbrecher, applicant. Property is located at 811 Homestead Road NE, Sec 13, T128, R37. PIN: 03-1282-000.

All interested persons are invited to attend these hearings and be heard or send written comments to the Township office at PO Box 445, Alexandria, MN 56308.  Copies of each application, the Township’s staff report, maps, drawings and other pertinent information are available at the Township office and are posted on-line approximately one week prior to the meeting date at www.communitygrowth.com/alexandria_township.
