4. Adoption of Zoning Ordinance -- replacing the existing Interim Zoning Ordinance

5. Adoption of Subdivision Ordinance -- replacing the existing Interim Subdivision Ordinance

6. Amendment to the Zoning Ordinance – addressing the use of pervious pavers to mitigate legal, nonconforming parcels exceeding impervious surface limits
